Something's wrong in assigning Hungarian Regiments to BF 109G6 1943 on the Balaton Summer map.
(Well, me thinks the problem is somewhere in there... not sure... it's just my analysis)

When I try and use a Hungarian regiment for a 190G6 1943 flight in FMB, I can select one, but when I then select 'Plane', and flip back between 'Plane 1', 'Waypoints' and 'Properties' the FMB screen eventually just starts to get 'weird', non responsive to the mouse and the file menu's (those are no longer visible) and il2fb.exe needs to be terminated using the Task Manager.

Encountered this problem while trying to load a mission that runs perfectly fine on 4.10.1.m and on UP3.0RC.

Here's a sample mission in which the error occurs: (Have removed the Zuti-MDS related lines, as they are not relevant for this issue)

Note1: Not just on my system, had someone else test this, and the same issue occured.
Note2: Running this mission will end up in you having to use the TaskManager to end Il2fb.exe, as a normal QuitMission does not work!

In campaign missions, and only in camping mission, when I quit mission, the game crashes.

Any Solution advise?

There is some issue with some Bf109G-6 non german slots (Hungary, Finland, Slowakia) as said by Jjuurraa in the first post

Hi, I want to report a couple of bugs that weren't solved by RC2 patch:
1. There is no HMS Colossus - there is another Illustrious instead at that slot. Whould be nice to have this carrier - it's the only angled-deck carrier we have
2. There are some issues with CY6 Korea maps: CY6 has already posted update to it. I also posted some hints how to fix those issues that weren't fixed with that patch - can be done in a minute.

EDIT: Ok, I found another bug: Aircraft crash craters are as big, or even biger, then atomic ones. That ain't good. BTW, Is there any chance that you include those moded crater textures from previous UP - the looked much nicer.

EDIT2: Ok, I guess it only aplies to some planes - I had it with I-15 and Hs-123 so far only.

Just wanted to confirm what was posted earlier. Light type 1 thru 4 (Stationary Objects) cannot be placed on any map. Also, they will not appear on any map/mission that they were previously placed.

I just upgraded to RC2 and I now have a weird crash to desktop.

I start the game, get the Splash screen, enter the Main menu, and if I wait about 10 seconds or so, i crash to desktop with the "Start IL2" window showing. I can start it again from the window but it will crash again. I took a video of it, but the Splash screen and Menus do not show, but I see them.

Remember, I see the Splash Screen and menus just fine during the making of the video, it just wasn't recorded by my screen capture program.

@Wailwulf: in JSGME, unload UP3, so there is nothing on the right, and start the game. You should get 4.10.1m stock. If that works, put UP3 back in JSGME and try again

Ok, I'm reporting this bug again as I see my previous post was deleted as considered false. I'll try to be more specific and detailed.

IN MULTIPLAYER, either an IP game or on a Dedicated DF Server, when loading the MK13 LATE torpedo on the TBM-3 Avenger or the Beaufighter 21, you will crash back to the arming screen when you press the FLY button. The standard MK13 torpedo works fine.

I know, I know, it works fine in QMB, but that's for testing only (and girlie men!)

Disabled UP3.0RC in JGSME and now when I click on IL2.exe, I get a momentary flash of an hourglass with my cursor and then nothing. happens. This is the same reaction i would get from stock IL2 if my resolution in the Conf.ini was set larger then what my monitor could handle, which is not the case at this time (I did check).

My install worked before I added 3.0RC. It worked with 3,0RC with no problems that i could tell, but my TrackIR camera died two days after installing so havn't done much testing/flying since. Just today Installed 3.0RC2 and now it won't run. The only thing I did and add was 3.0RC2

Oh yeah, my specs are Win7 Home 64bit, 6Gigs RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 w/ 512 MB

1. Very faint aircraft sound in some planes such as F4F, others sound volume is OK. Some planes like A20's missing engine sounds altogether.

2. Darwin map RAAF base runway texture needs repositioning. Part of runway is missing.

@Wailwulf: sounds like you have a bad install. Create another clean 4.10.1m, check it works, then apply UP30, check it works, then apply the Rc2. You have the undo and redo the UP30 in JSGME every time.
