new monitor issues

I just purchased a new LSD Samsung monitor.  I am not a happy pilot as everything I see looking at the screen is blurry ( double imaged ) including this site . I have tried numerous graphic card and Windows performance adjustments but to no avail. Prior monitor was a Sanyo  TV ( smaller screen).
I am running....

Win XP home
AMD 64 dual
2.61 GHz
3.5 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT ( 1 Gig )
1024*768*32
refresh  60hz

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated ( or it will be going back  !!)

Well, maibe due to the LSD?   

Ok now serious.. (still have tears in my eyes )
Are you able to take a picture? I have a few ideas about it.

Update:   I uninstalled the drivers and disconnected the monitor.......... then I reconnect ed  the monitor and used the window XP drivers and  voila !! success  !!! using the settings that I was satisfied with.
