Mouse Wheel Throttle or Zoom

Anyone know if it's possible to map the mouse wheel (scroll, not button) to the throttle control or cockpit zoom?

I have been looking but found nothing.

Not really a good setup but of you like it..

Assign it over the usual setup of il2, I tried it, works.

If you're talking about the controls menu, I tried mapping it but it doesn't register the mouse wheel rolls, only the mouse wheel click.

Were you able to map mouse wheel rolls?  I thought I might be able to figure it out by looking at conf.ini , but no go.

I have my mouse wheel as throttle and like the set up.  Go down to the hotas section at the bottom of the ingame controls setup,  find the throttle control and input the mouse wheel action.  Should work.
