Is it possible for someone like me that's not a official modder, ( I dabble around with editing a lot of my games and their mods ) to change the speed limit on the ships and planes for a fun effect on up3, cuz i never really looked into modding up3 cuz i didn't feel like anything needed to be altered for it is always fun. I'm more less an amateur of modding, but i learn fast if someone can point me in the right direction of doing this.
